Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

8 oz Fettuccine
1½ cups Heavy Cream
2 cups Parmesan Wedge
½ cup Butter
2 tsp Minced Garlic
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper

16 oz Fettuccine
3 cups Heavy Cream
4 cups Parmesan Wedge
1 cup Butter
4 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Prepare the sauce while it cooks.

Add the butter and garlic to a large skillet. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Whisk in the cream, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.

Whick in the parmesan cheese until melted. Add noodles directly to the skillet, stir, and serve.
