Bruschetta

Ingredients

½ loaf Italian Bread
3 tbsp Olive Oil
⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese

Tomato Bruschetta

6 Roma Tomatoes
⅓ cup Basil
5 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400. Cut toasts into 1/2” thick slices, slicing diagonally. Mix the tomato ingredients in a bowl.

Place toasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, add olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato topping to each toast, and top with mozzarela cheese. Bake for another 3 minutes.
