Pork Chops

Ingredients

2 Boneless Pork Chops
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

Season the meat evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Add butter and oil to a large cast iron pan. Heat over medium-high heat.

Sear the chops on one side for about 3-4 minutes. Flip and continue frying for another 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F.
