Ingredients

2 slices Italian Bread
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp Garlic Powder
⅛ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 170 convection. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the bread into 3/4 inch cubes. Spread on baking sheet and cook until bread is dry, about 9 minutes, then remove from oven.

Set the oven to 350 convection. In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Add the bread and toss gently.

Cook until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
