Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta per the package.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium-low, then add the drained tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and cook about 30 seconds. Add the water and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Add the whipping cream, then the pasta, spinach, and Parmesan. Stir for 30 seconds to allow the spinach to cook down.
